Great Lakes Scrip Center, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “GLSC”) has created this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for www.glscrip.com (the “Web Site”).

1. Non-Personally Identifying Information

We collect limited non-personally identifying information made available by your browser when visiting a web site. The GLSC suite of secure applications requires users to provide their contact information such as their name, address and e-mail address. We only use this user contact information to send the user order acknowledgments, shipping confirmations, and promotional information about our company and our merchant partners. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor the visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in and displaying the content according to their preferences.

Users who wish to subscribe to GLSC’s e-mail news list are required to provide certain contact information, including their e-mail addresses. We only use this user contact information to inform news list subscribers of promotional information about our company and merchant partners.

11. Opting-Out

Coordinators of participating non-profit organizations are not permitted to opt out of receiving administrative e-mails from GLSC. Other users may opt-out of receiving promotional information from us. Users may have their information removed from our promotional e-mail database by sending an e-mail to glscmail@glscrip.com or by opting out in response to a promotional e-mail from GLSC in accordance with the instructions contained in the e-mail.
