Great news! Per your requests, we have launched two exciting improvements for Reload and ScripNow! orders for families that pay with PrestoPay.
The first improvement is that now when a family places an order that includes both physical cards and "virtual" transactions (like Reload and ScripNow!) and pays with PrestoPay, the virtual items will be separated out immediately and automatically processed. ShopWithScrip and SCRIPWARE still track these transactions by family, but you do not have to release them to be processed. This way the family does not have to pay a second $0.39 convenience fee to get their Reload and ScripNow! orders quickly. The rebates from these automatic orders are deposited into your organization bank account every evening, as well.
The second improvement is that coordinators can now choose to be notified by email when Automatic Orders are processed for families in their organization. You can still choose to be notified of family orders pending in ShopWithScrip by the day, and now you can choose to be notified any time one of your families places an order that will be processed automatically.
