We know that as a coordinator, placing your order doesn't always go as planned. Maybe you realize you forgot to add an item to your cart, or maybe a family orders after the deadline. When that happens, just add those items to an order that has already been placed, as long as we haven't started processing the order, and the billing hasn't taken place yet. Just follow these steps:
- Import a ShopWithScrip PO for the products on the additional family order(s), or add products to your cart on GLScrip.com.
- At the checkout, click the box to agree to the return policy. At this point, if you have an order available to be changed (not yet processed or billed), you will be given the option to submit a new order, or to combine these items with the previous order.
- When you choose to create a new order, a separate order will be placed for the additional items.
- When you choose to combine the orders, you will be given a summary of the revised order that includes the previous items, additional items, and new order totals.
- The PrestoPay credit will update to include any PrestoPay™ orders placed since the original order.
You will get an email notification when your order has been received. The new billing amount will be the total net cost of all items with shipping, with a reduction of any updated PrestoPay credit.
This ability to combine orders is also available when using SCRIPWARE, Great Lakes Scrip Center's most powerful scrip management tool.

This will not hold up their order and will not require you, as their coordinator, to do any additional work. We implemented the changes in order to meet the requirements of new regulations for our organizations. Having families place these large orders on ShopWithScrip.com will eliminate the need for your organization to take the necessary steps to meet the regulations.
When coordinators are placing family orders in proxy mode at ShopWithScrip.com, or placing a family order with SCRIPWARE™, and the family's purchases exceed $10,000 in a 24 hour period, you will encounter a new screen. This screen will alert you that those orders must be placed by the family - so we can collect the additional information.
Over the past few weeks, as a result of your feedback, we have added an option when coordinators place these large orders to indicate the order is being sold to a business, not an individual. If so, you will be asked for information on the business making the purchase and allowed to continue.
