GLSC retailer list. Goodrich Quality Theater gift cards are now available
in $25 denominations at a 4% discount. Goodrich gift cards can be redeemed
for admissions or for concession purchases, and they never expire.

discount on all Max & Erma's gift card purchases from April 22 to May 19, 2006.

AMC Theatres Single Admission certificates are now available in addition to
our already available AMC Theatres $25 gift card.
The new AMC Single Admission
certificates are available for $8.75 at a 16% discount. Each certificate can
be used for a single admission to any AMC Theatre in the US.
The certificates are redeemable for all shows, seven days a week, and they never expire.
Please note a surcharge may apply for NYC admissions, AMC Premium locations, and for
IMAX locations.
Hyatt gift certificates will now be available in a convenient $100 denomination
in addition to the already available $25s. The discount for both denominations is
unchanged at 9%.

Please advise your member families that DSW Shoe Warehouse will be discontinued
once current inventories are depleted. GLSC has a limited number of
DSW $25s which will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Late last year, the May Stores and Federated Department stores announced plans to
merge, combining many of the most-respected names in retailing under the Macy's name.
This is good news for GLSC customers, because Macy's gift cards are now redeemable at
an entire family of department stores.

GLSC customers will save an extra 1% on all Circuit City gift card purchases from
April 15 to June 15, 2006. That means our regular discount will increase from
3% to 4% during that period only.
