We know that as a coordinator, placing your order doesn't always go as planned. Maybe you realize you are short on an inventory item, or maybe a family orders after the deadline. To make the unexpected easier to manage, we have simplified the process of finding a solution. With the latest enhancement to SCRIPWARE™, you will be able to manage last-minute additions to your orders right from SCRIPWARE.
Now you can add items to an order that has already been placed, as long as we haven't started processing the order, and the billing hasn't taken place yet. Just follow these steps:
- Create your purchase order in SCRIPWARE for the additional items you need for families and inventory.
- Click on Submit PO as usual. If you have an order available to be changed (not yet processed or billed), you will see the option to combine the items on the PO with a previous order, or to create a separate order.
- When you choose to create an order, a separate order will be placed for the additional items.
- When you choose to combine the orders, you will be given a summary of the revised order that includes the previous items, additional items, and new order totals.
- The PrestoPay™ credit will update to include any PrestoPay orders placed since the original order.
You will get an email notification when your order has been received. The new billing amount will be the total net cost of all items on both purchase orders, one shipping charge from the original PO, and a reduction of all PrestoPay credit from both purchase orders.

On Wednesday, January 18, 2012, Buffet Inc. - the parent company of the Country Buffet, Fire Mountain, Hometown Buffet, Old Country Buffet, and Ryan's Grill Buffet and Bakery chains - filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. It is Great Lakes Scrip Center's policy to stop selling the gift cards of a retailer who has filed for bankruptcy protection, therefore, once Great Lakes Scrip Center's inventory is depleted, Old Country Buffet/Ryan's Gift Cards will no longer be available.
We recommend that you advise your families to use any Old Country Buffet/Ryan's Gift Cards as soon as possible. Great Lakes Scrip Center will not accept returns of Old Country Buffet/Ryan's Gift Cards.

If any of the Michigan GLSC member families still have Jiffy Lube Gift Cards in their possession - they may have tried using the card, but it had been refused - please call Jiffy Lube customer service at (800) 344-6933.
At Great Lakes Scrip Center, we will be closing our office to celebrate the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Because of this, Reload orders will not be processed as often as usual during the coming weeks. Please make note of these dates so that you know when you can expect your Reload funds to be available for use:
- Reload orders placed and paid for before 11:00 a.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) on Thursday, December 22, 2011, will be available for use the morning of Friday, December 23, 2011.
